The decision of the Federal Antimonopoly service of Russia in Moscow region (case No. 50-07-6673эп/19) the complaint of LLC "Vertical" the actions of the Customer – Municipal enterprise "housing and communal services Chekhov district", in the framework of the procurement through an open tender for the right to conclude an Agency contract for an integrated provision of legal services for debt collection for the needs of Municipal Enterprise "housing and communal services Chekhov district" (notice No. 31907454859 on the official website of the Unified information system in the procurement www.zakupki.gov.ru (more – The official site)) are considered valid, the Customer actions found to be illegal, the Antimonopoly body issued a determination to eliminate violations. Earlier in relation to the Customer's competition authority adopted 2 decisions on the recognition of the complaints, OOO "Vertikal" to be reasonable.

As a result of the issuance of these decisions by the Supervisory authority, the Customer canceled the purchase.
